SEX WORKERS AND THE LAW CHANGES IN QLD.

NEW QLD LAWS FOR SEX WORKERS

Come June 28th there are new rules being enforced in Queensland, these rules apply directly to sex workers, brothels and generally everyone involved with the escort industry. Untangling these arbitrary rulings can be quite the task so we’ve decided to write a blog to help escorts and escort agencies understand what these rules mean for us all.

Images now have to comply with much stricter laws, as these are an escort’s main form of marketing we all have to be careful with what we allow.

-       No Vaginas! This means no bare vaginas in pictures of videos. No tight underwear that shows off the mons pubis (the vagina mound). This is often seen when escorts take photographs from behind.

-       No Penises! Pretty self-explanatory for all you male escorts. Keep it in your pants. There is also no mentioning of penis size allowed.

Pictures or drawings of drug and alcohol related things are now prohibited, this shouldn’t be too much of an issue for most escorts. Fetish related images are also banned – it’s my understanding that some unique escort advertising can display fetish related toys, poses or body parts – unfortunately they are now banned.

If you are an independent / private escort you cannot advertise that you are doing a shift in a brothel, ever!

Oh yes, services! As always escorts and escort agencies cannot list or display any services that they may provide – we’ve been doing this for a while now so shouldn’t be too hard to keep up.

Touring escorts! Ladies and Gents, unfortunately all Ad’s that state clearly – ‘touring to QLD’ or anywhere within QLD will now have to be stripped of all full frontal nude vaginas (pardon the pun), mons pubis and lists of services.

Available Angels will as always be working to keep you beautiful escorts informed! We do closely monitor what gets through onto our site by screening images and scrolling through escort bio’s for illegal content. I’d love for all those reading this blog to pass it onto other sex workers who may not know of the law changes. We’re all in this together and as unjust amendments worm their way into our already heavily regulated industry we must stand as one to keep everyone informed and up to date.

Thank you for reading, for a full list of the laws please use the link below.
